GOHBA is pleased to invite you to an exclusive in-person market outlook presentation by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), providing key insights into the Ottawa housing market. This session will cover the latest economic and demographic trends shaping our region, along with an outlook on the resale, new home, and rental markets.

To ensure this session is as relevant and valuable as possible, we are extending invitations to builders with projects across all housing types: single-family homes, rental, and condominiums. This will be a great opportunity to gain market intelligence and insights that can help inform your business decisions.

Also presenting: Walid Debbakh, Account Representative with our Client Relations – Financial Institutions team in Ottawa, will be delivering a presentation on our Eco Programs, which offer a 25% premium cashback rebate on the purchase of newly built homes, along with an overview of the CMHC Home Start Program.

 CMHC employees from Client Relations -Multi-Unit Housing team will also be present if you have questions or would like to discuss CMHC programs.
