Victoria Cluney spent nearly 25 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, retiring as a senior officer, specializing in personnel selection and performance. She assessed candidates across more than 100 occupations, including highly technical and elite military roles, building deep expertise in identifying potential and predicting success.

Today, as founder of BILD Co., Victoria helps skilled trades and service business owners build strong teams they can trust, from hiring the right people to developing leaders, improving performance and keeping their best employees.

With a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and experience building businesses herself, Victoria combines behavioural science, military selection expertise and real-world business strategy. She thinks like an owner, not an HR department, turning complex human behaviour into practical systems businesses can actually use.  

Her belief is simple: good people are out there, but attracting and keeping them requires building a company worthy of them. Through BILD Co., her workshops and speaking, she helps business owners build the structure and leadership to do exactly that.
