Evospace Developments builds and develops multi residential homes in the Ottawa Region. Led by Christian Campanale, President of Evospace Developments, Evospace is recognized as a finalist in two upcoming awards at the GOHBA 42^nd Annual Housing Design Awards Gala on November 1^st 2025.

Evospace’s recently completed development known as The Nebula Home-based Business Rentals provides just that, with homes designed for the ever-improving lifestyles of Canadians. Research shows The Nebula is Canada’s first purpose built multi residential rental building designed for live-work units. The Nebula sets the example of the Evospace vision for healthy designs, efficient use of space, and building for the growing needs of the community.
