Sunset Lakes Developments founded in 1990 has applied its winning formula for creating beautiful and much sought after residential communities in the rural village of Greely. They have completed seven developments to date and are currently developing their eighth community Forest Lake Estates and phases 3 and 4 of Cedar Lake Estates.  Communities offer ½ to 1 acre lots among spring fed lakes.  The lakes act as stormwater management pond and are used for recreational purposes.  Some communities also feature tennis courts, trails and swimming pools.
