VIGOR’s Mission is to build high quality investment properties that provide exceptional return on investment for our clients. We focus on a high quality of life experience for tenants and deliver buildings that exceed the minimum standards required by the Ontario Building Code, are well priced for our clients, and keep the total cost of ownership low over the life of the buildings.

VIGOR was created by Real Estate Investors and a General Contractor and offers broad experience and knowledge of small multi-unit building design and construction to our clients. Our principals are an engineer, a designer, and a contractor and each of us has owned or still owns investment properties. VIGOR builds multi-unit buildings up to low rise and works to Net Zero Ready standards in all of our construction.
