GOHBA is calling a Special General Meeting of Members so that Revised By-laws for the Association that conform with new requirements under the Ontario Not-For-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 can be reviewed and considered for approval by members.

Members are asked to review the GENERAL OPERATING BY-LAW NO. 3 (“BY-LAW NO. 3”) AND ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT and indicate if they have any questions or concerns.

Professor Ian Lee, from Carleton Sprott School of Business, will share his thoughts on the state of residential construction in Canada, the economy and productivity overall, and how he sees the federal government interacting with our sector moving forward.
